Claro CDI: Accurately Reflecting Patient Quality of Care for the Inpatient Population Query Writing Workshop

This course provides learners with the background information necessary to formulate a compliant query for clinical documentation improvement practices as well as review standards of compliant querying processes and apply the knowledge in a practical sense. Practical application includes review of queries that are ineffective and/or noncompliant and through application of new knowledge gained, or reinforced knowledge, correct the ineffective and/or noncompliant queries in addition to creating compliant and effective queries based on clinical case samples. Contact hours are commensurate with the total time of session attendance and completion of the course evaluation survey.
